2、合理的资本结构在一定程度上制约了美菱公司的迅速发展。进一步分析其成因，既有历史遗留问题，也有现实问题；既有宏观经济政策层面的原因，也有企业自身内部管理的原因。针对美菱资本结构的不合理问题及其成因，结合作者对相关问题的研究，本文对美菱公司如何优化资本结构做了多角度、全方位的探讨。认为：战略上，资本结构优化要符合企业的整体目标一企业价值最大化：战术上要采取一些切实可行的对策，比如建立科学管理体制、树立正确的资本运营观念，建立专业的资本运营队伍等措施以改变目前的不合理现状，使公司资本运作走上良性循环的轨道，带动企业持续、健康地发展。关键
