3、nchymalstemcells(hMSCs)storedat2–88Cwasquantifiedbymeasur-ingthetotalcellnumberandcellviabilityafterexposuretovibrationat50Hz(peak2222acceleration140msandpeakdisplacement1.4mm),25Hz(peakacceleration140ms,22peakdisplacement5.7mm),10Hz(peakacceleration20ms,peakd
4、isplacement5.1mm)andcoldstorageforseveraldurations.Toquantifytheviabilityofthecells,inadditiontothetrypanblueexclusionmethod,thecombinationofannexinV-FITCandpropidiumiodidewasappliedtounderstandthemodeofcelldeath.Cellgranularityandapanelofcellsurfacemarkersfo
5、rstemness,includingCD29,CD44,CD105andCD166,werealsoevaluatedforeachcondition.ItwasfoundthathMSCsweresensitivetovibrationat25Hz,withmoder-ateeffectsat50Hzandnoeffectsat10Hz.Vibrationat25HzalsoincreasedCD29andCD44expression.Thestudyfurthershowedthatcoldstoragea
6、lonecausedadecreaseincellviability,especiallyafter48h,andalsoincreasedCD29andCD44andattenuatedCD105expressions.Celldeathwouldmostlikelybetheconsequenceofmembranerupture,owingtonecrosisinducedbycoldstorage.Thesensitivityofcellstodifferentvibrationswithinthemec
