4、thodstoevaluatethehydrogencontentisthemethodofthermaldesorptionspectroscopy(TDS).Asthesampleisheatedundervacuumization,atomichydrogendiusesinsidethebulkandisdesorbedfromthesurfaceinthemolecularform.Theextractioncurve(measuredbyamass-spectrometricanalyzer)isrecorded.I

5、nexperimentswithmonotonousexternalheatingitisobservedthatbackgroundhydrogen uxesfromtheextractorwallsand uxesfromthesamplecannotbereliablydistinguished.Thus,theextractioncurveisdoubtful.Therefore,inthiscaseexperimentersusediscreteTDS-spectrum:thesampleisremovedfromthe

6、analyticalpartofthedeviceforthespeciedtimeinterval,andexternaltemperatureisthenincreasedstepwise.Thepaperisdevotedtothemathematicalmodellingandsimulationofexperimentalstudies.Inthecorrespondingboundary-valueproblemwithnonlineardynamicboundaryconditionsphysical-chemic

7、alprocessesinthebulkandonthesurfacearetakenintoaccount:heatingofthesample,diusioninthebulk,hydrogencapturebydefects,penetrationfromthebulktothesurfaceanddesorption.Themodelaimedtoanalyzethedynamicsofhydrogenconcentrationswithoutpreliminaryarticialsamplesaturation.Nu
