3、tworksforextractingtaxonomicbegenerallyclassifiedintotwocategories:statis-relationsfromtextfocusedoncollect-ticalandlinguisticapproaches.Theformerin-inglexical-syntacticpatternstoextractthecludesco-occurrenceanalysis(Budanitsky,1999),taxonomicrelationsbymatchingthep
4、at-termsubsumption(FotzoandGallinari,2004)andternstotext.Theseapproaches,however,clustering(Wongetal.,2007).Themainideabe-oftenshowlowcoverageduetothelackofhindsthesetechniquesisthatthetermsthatfre-contextualanalysisacrosssentences.Toquentlyco-occurmayhavetaxonomic
5、relation-addressthisissue,weproposeanovelap-ships.Suchapproaches,however,usuallysufferproachthatcollectivelyutilizescontextualfromlowaccuracy,thoughrelativelyhighcover-informationoftermsinsyntacticstruc-age,andheavilydependonthechoiceoffeatureturessuchthatiftheseto
6、fcontextsoftypesanddatasets.Mostpreviousmethodsoftheatermincludesmostofcontextsofan-linguisticapproach,ontheotherhand,relyontheotherterm,asubsumptionrelationbe-lexical-syntacticpatterns(e.g.AisaB,Asuchastweenthetwotermsisinferred.Weap-B)(Hearst,1992).Thosepatternsc
7、anbemanu-plythismethodtothetaskoftaxonomyallycreated(Kozarevaetal.,2008;Wentaoetal.,constructionfromscratch,whereweintro-2012),chosenviaautomaticbootstrapping(Wid-duceanothernovelgraph-basedalgorithmdowsandDorow,2002;Girjuetal.,2003)oriden-fortaxonomicstructureindu
