4、wofacts.First,thetotalfertilityrateinChinanowstandsat1.8,whichmeansthereismorethanonechildperfamilyinmostareas.Forexample,thereisgenerallyonlyonechildinafamilyinurbanareas,buttwoinruralareas,andthreeinethnicminorityareas.Insomeareas,likeTibet,therear
