4、monicnanostruc-excitondecayaretrappedinsideOLEDsintheformofwave-tureswithAunanoparticlesembeddedinaperiodiccorrugatedguide(WG)modesinorganic/indiumÐtinoxide(ITO)anodeactivepolymerlayerbynanoimprintinghasbeenreportedtolayers,surfaceplasmonÐpolariton(SPP)modesassociatedwithachievebro

5、adbandlightabsorptioninorganicsolarcells,[13]themetallicelectrode/organicinterface,andsubstratemodeswhichmightprovideapossibilitytoexcitebroadbandSPPfromtotalinternalreßectionattheglasssubstrate/airinter-modesforWOLEDs.However,nanoimprintingisusuallyappli-face.[3Ð5]Thesetrappedphot
