2、dforinthisStatuteshallbegovernedbytherelevantprovisionsofotherlaws.Article2Theterm"competenthealthauthorities"asusedinthisStatuteshallrefertotheDepartmentofHealthoftheExecutiveYuan,inthecaseofthecentralgovernment;theappropriatemunicipalgovernment,inthecaseo
3、famunicipalitydirectlyunderthecentralgovernment;orthecounty(city)government,inthecaseofacounty(city)government.Article3Theterm"cosmetic(s)"asusedinthisStatuteshallrefertothesubstance(s)forexternaluseonhumanbodyinordertofreshenthehairorskin,tostimulatethesen
