2、ePRC,ContractLaw(theContractLaw),thefollowinginterpretationonissuesrelevanttotheapplicationoftheContractLawbypeople'scourtsaremadeinordertocorrectlytrycontractdisputecases:1.ApplicableScopeoftheLawArticle1　IfadisputearisingfromacontractformedaftertheimplementationoftheContractLawis

3、broughtbeforethepeople'scourt,theprovisionsoftheContractLawshallbeapplied.IfadisputearisingfromacontractformedbeforetheimplementationoftheContractLawisbroughtbeforethepeople'scourt,thelawsandregulationsprevailingatthetimeshallbeapplied,unlessotherwisestipulatedherein.Iftherewerenol

4、awsandregulationsatthetimegoverningtheissue(s)indispute,therelevantprovisionsoftheContractLawmaybeapplied.Article2　TherelevantprovisionsofPartFouroftheContractLawshallbeappliedtodisputesarisingfromtheperformanceofacontractwhichwasformedbeforetheimplementationoftheContractLawbutwhos
