4、immobilizedontothesurfaceofamino-functionalizedpolyurethanefilmswiththegoalofobtaininganovelkindofbiomaterialwhichhadthepotentialinblood-contactingapplications.Theamino-functionalizedpolyurethanewaspreparedbysynthesizedacidicpolyurethanewhosependantcarboxylg

5、roupsweretreatedwithanexcessamountof1,3-diaminopropaneinthepresenceofN,N-carbonyldiimidazole(CDI).AttenuatedtotalreflectionFouriertransforminfraredspectroscopy(ATR-FTIR),Ramanspectroscopy(RS),scanningelectronmicroscopy(SEM),andwatercontactanglemeasurementwer

6、eusedtoconfirmthesurfacechangesateachstepoftreatment,bothinmorphologiesandchemicalcompositions.APTTandPTresultsshowedthatHAimmobilizationcouldprolongthebloodcoagulationtime,thusHA-immobilizedpolyurethane(PU-HA)exhibitedimprovedbloodcompatibility.Cytotoxicity
