5、Tc-P)99maftersingledose,oraladministrationtoWistarratsandBeagledogs.ApilotstudyutilizedTc-HA99m99malone,andasecondconfirmatorystudycompareduptakeoflabeledTc-HAwithTc-P.Urinary99mandfecalexcretionafterTc-HAingestionbyratsshowed86.7-95.6%ofradioactivitywas99
6、mrecovered,almostallinfeces.AlltissuesexaminedshowedincorporationofradioactivityfromTc-99mHAstartingat15minandpersistingfor48h,inapatternsignificantlydifferentfromTc-P.Whole-bodyscintigraphsandclose-upsoftheventralchestregionshowednonalimentaryradioactivit
7、yfrom99mTc-HAconcentratedinjoints,vertebraeandsalivaryglandsfourhoursafteradministration.Autoradiographyofskin,boneandjointtissuepiecesafter24hshowedincorporationofradioactivity99m99m99mfromTc-HA,butnotfromTc-P.Conversely,absorption,distributionandexcreti
