1、中小企业融资机制的瓶颈与创新[摘要]中小企业在国民经济中的位置越来越重要，小企业是市场活跃的基本力量，它在促进我国经济增长和缓解就业压力方面是大企业无法做到的，它们的存在容纳了社会上大部分的就业人员。但是中小企业的发展离不开金融机构的支持，然而，由于中小企业本人发展问题和我国目前的经济体制等多方面的原因，导致我国中小企业普遍存在融资瓶颈的问题。融资机制瓶颈造问题主要有融资方式单一、结构缺陷、渠道狭隘等。在全球经济萎靡不振的今天，融资机制瓶颈问题的解决对于中小企业的发展尤为重要。很多企业因为融资问题不能解决而直接面临倒闭

2、。从这个角度看，融资难已经严重制约了企业的发展速度。如今，如果想尽快的解决中小企业在发展中遇到的障碍，首先就要解决融资机制瓶颈的问题。在如今的经济体制下，探究一条解决融资瓶颈的机制是迫在眉睫的，也是很有意义的。本文的第一部分首先对国内外相关的融资理论进行了阐述；紧接着第二章对国内中小企业融资瓶颈现状及其原因进行了分析，这一部分的内容充分利用了第一章的融资理论；文章的最后针对前面国内融资瓶颈问题产生的原因，提出了相应的解决措施。[关键字]中小企业融资投融资关系融资机制创新IITheDilemmaAndInnovation
