2、fmyotherbooks—Çrémad-Bhägavatam,ÇréÉçopaniñad,etc.—thesystemisthatIgivetheoriginalverse,itsEnglishtransliteration,word-for-wordSanskrit-Englishequivalents,translationsandpurports.Thismakesthebookveryauthenticandscholarlyandmakesthemeaningself-evident.Iwasnotveryhappy,th
3、erefore,whenIhadtominimizemyoriginalmanuscript.Butlateron,whenthedemandforBhagavad-gétäAsItIsconsiderablyincreased,Iwasrequestedbymanyscholarsanddevoteestopresentthebookinitsoriginalform.Thusthepresentattemptistooffertheoriginalmanuscriptofthisgreatbookofknowledgewithfu
