4、cnetworkenvironmentandtheemergenceofmulti-operationoftheIPhandovercontrolonthehandoffmodeterminalshasplacedextrarequirementstoperformance,havingasareferencetheFastMobilehandovermanagement.ItiscommonsensethatthisIPv6protocol.Weshowthatthebehaviorofthefunctionalityneedst

5、obe‘pushed’totheIPlayer,protocolishighlydependentonthetimelyavailabilitywhichisgenericenoughandservestherendezvousoflinklayerinformation–thisdetermineswhetherapointofallunderlyingtechnologies.Therefore,reactiveoraproactiveoperationwillbeexecuted–.handoversbetweenaccess

6、points(APs)ofdifferentLast,weprovidesomequantitativeresultsfortype–inter-technologyhandovers–arebettertreatedperformancemetricssuchasthedisruptiontimeandattheIPlayer.Inadditiontothiswell-acceptedthepacketlossperceivedbyasinglemobilehostunderdecisionoftheresearchcommuni
