3、kpainandendplateModicchangesonmagneticresonanceimaging(MRI)whoreceiveddiscographybutwereunwillingtoacceptsurgicaloperation.OUTCOMEMEASURES:Painandfunctionweredeterminedbythevisualanalogscale(VAS)andtheOswestryDisabilityIndex(ODI)assessment.METHODS:Patientswhoreceiveddiagnosticdiscographyf

5、intothreesubgroups,respectively.IntradiscalinjectionofnormalsalinewasperformedinSubgroupsA1andB1,intradiscalinjectionofdiprospanwasperformedinSubgroupsA2andB2,andintra-discalinjectionofamixedsolutionofdiprospanþsongmeile(cervusandcucumispolypeptide)wasperformedinSubgroupsA3andB3.Theclinic

6、aloutcomeofeachpatientwasevaluatedandrecordedbyusingtheVASandODIat3and6monthsaftertheprocedure.RESULTS:Thesubgroupswerecomparablewithrespecttogender,age,pain,andpercentagedis-ability.NeitherVASpainscoresnorOswestryfunctionscoresofthepatientswithinGroupAhadanyimprovementat3or6monthsaftersa
