4、theconference.OnthebasisofensuringcontinuityandstabilityinChina'sforeignpolicy,theCPCCentralCommitteeactivelyplansandmanagesChina'sdiplomacy,andcarriedoutaseriesofmajordiplomaticactivitiesafterthe18thCPCNationalConference,withparticularattentiontoneighboringcountries.Withrespectto
5、geography,theenvironmentandintertwinedrelations,Xisaidtheneighboringregionhasmajorstrategicsignificance.Dealingwithneighboringcountries"shouldhaveathree-dimensional,multi-elementperspective,beyondtimeandspace".InreviewingChina'ssituation,Xisaidtherehadbeenlotsofchangesinrelationsb
