2、bothfundamentalinterestandcentralimportanceforoptoelectricalapplications.Here,wehaveinvestigatedthetemperature(T)dependenceofthetransportdynamicsofneutralexcitonsandchargedexcitons(trions)inatomicallythintwo-dimensionalcrystalsofthetransition-metaldichal
3、cogenideWS2.Thetransportdynamicsofneutralexcitonscanbedividedintothreetemperatureranges,wherethediffusionofneutralexcitonsisgovernedbythermalactivation(≤∼75K),ionizedimpurityscattering(∼75K≤T≤∼200K),andLOphononscattering(≥∼200K).Thetrionshaveadiffusionleng
4、ththatisover20timeslongerthanthatofneutralexcitonsatverylowtemper-atures(≤∼10K),whichmayberelatedtotheoreticallypredictedPauli-blockingeffectsduringtheexcitationprocess.KEYWORDS:excitons,transportdynamics,WS2,photoluminescence,temperaturedependencexcitons

7、stalthickness,low-dimensionalmaterials(smallerthanstandingthetransportdynamicsofelectrical(electronandtheexcitonBohrradius)canbeexpectedtoexhibitvarioushole)andopticallygenerated(excitons)carriersisveryoutstandingoptoelectricalfeatures.Fromahistoricalpoi
