3、theneedofimagesviewing,textidentificationcolorimagebyimprovedsobeloperator.Butthetextandtextretrieval,thispaperpresentsanefficientshouldbeontheconcolorousbackgrounds,otherwiseMethodfortextlocationandsegmentation.Firstly,thethetextisverydifficulttobeextracted.Geum-Boonimageisconvertedintowavel
4、ettransformdomain.Lee[6]presentsatextsegmentationmethodusingThenthreesub-bandwaveletimagesofHxLy,LxHy,waveletpacketanalysisandk-meansclusteringHxHyarebinarizatedandmergedintoatextureimagealgorithm.Butitdoesnotdowelltosomesparsetextbylinearcombination.Thetextureimageisprocessedimages.byCRLA(Co
5、nstrainedRunLengthAlgorithm)andInordertoovercometheshortcomingsmentionedimagesmoothingtoenhancethecandidatetextabove,thispaperpresentsanewmethodoftextregions.Finally,thetextregionsarelocatedafter8-locationandsegmentation.Forwavelettransformcanconnectedcomponentgrowthandfilteringoutnon-textext
6、ractthreedirectionaltextureofimage,firstly,itisregions.InordertoberecognizedbyOCR(Opticalappliedtogainthetextureoftext.Secondly,thesub-CharacterRecognition),charactersaresegmentedbandimagesofwaveletarebinarizatedandthefromtextblocksbasedonthemeanvaluesofsomecoefficientsofHxLy,LxHy,HxHyarecomb
