3、n-O-glucosides,emodin-O-glucosides,chrysophanol-O-glucosides,physcion-O-glucosidesandthecorrespondingaglycones.Rheinalsocouldbebiotransformedbyratintestinalbacteria.Twelvemajormetabolitesweredetectedintheincubationsample.UnderESItandemmassconditions,thesequentia
4、lfragmentationpatternsof[M–H]-ionsweresimilartothoseoffreeanthraquinones,thusallowingtherapididentificationofthemetabolitesformedinincubationsamples.Theresultssuggestedthattheproposedhydrolysisofglycosidegroupfollowedbyhydrogenationinquinoidmoietyand/orfurtherace
