3、ivetrendinremovingstructuralbarriersandtacklingregulatoryfailings,andamarkedimprovementineducation,infrastructure,andtechnologicalreadiness.NewlegislationtofurtherimprovetheFastTrackprocessandprovidelong-termresidencepermitstostrategicinvestorsandthosewhopurchaserealestatevaluedat250,000Eurou
4、pwards,furtherindicatetherelentlessdrivewithwhichGreeceismovingforward.Thefactthat2013isprovingtobethemostsuccessfulyearforGreektourism—withmorethan17.5millionvisitorsexpectedbyyear’send—reflectsthehugelypositiveimageGreecehasestablishedamongtravelersfromtheworldover.Anditisevidenceofthevastp
5、otentialtoinvestinthetourismandrealestatesectors.Equallyimportant,aconfirmationofGreece’sgeostrategiclocationiscomingtotheforefrontasmorecompaniesareselectingGreeceasalogisticshubfortheiroperations.RecentexamplesincludeHP,PhillipMorris,andChina’sZTECorporation,allofwhichareinvestingsignifican
