2、ignanddevelopmentofspacesystems.Themainorganizationalcontextispresented,focusingonthemainissuesoftheindustrialphaseofaprojectlife-cycle.Theunderlyingprinciplesofdatalinkingandinteroperabilitybetweensystemanddomainlevelwillbedescribed,andrelatedemergingstandardsdiscussed.Theprot
3、otypeofasupportingengineeringenvironmentillustratesthepotentialapplicationoftheparadigm.I.BackgroundTheEuropeanSpaceAgencyhasarecognisedtrackrecordinbuilding,launchingandoperatingspacesystems1togetherwithindustrialpartners.Commonsystemsengineeringpracticeshavebeenstandardizedin
4、theframeofECSS(EuropeanCooperationforSpaceStandardization),whichfurtherhelpedtoapplysystemengineeringconsistentlyacrossorganizations,companiesandcountries.Oneofthefundamentalpointsofthe“SystemEngineering”standardisthedescriptionoftheSystemEngineeringdiscipline,itsrelationshipwi
5、thproduction,operations,productassuranceandmanagementdisciplines.Itsinternalpartitiondefinesthefollowingfunctions:•Requirementengineering,whichconsistsofrequirementanalysisandvalidation,requirementallocation,andrequirementmaintenance;•Analysis,whichisperformedforthepurposeofres
6、olvingrequirementsconflicts,decomposingandallocatingrequirementsduringfunctionalanalysis,assessingsystemeffectiveness(includinganalysingriskfactors)andcomplementingtestingevaluationandprovidingtradestudiesforassessingeffectiveness,risk,costandplanning;•Designandconfigurationwhi
