5、h-speedtwo-stageCMOSoperationalamplifiers.Cascode-compensatedamplifierswithgoodtrade-offsbetweenspeed,powerandstabilitythatmakethemsuitableforhigh-speedapplicationsarediscussed.Thestructuresareanalyzedtoobtaintherequiredcircuit-levelparametersaccordingtoparticularbandwidthandstability

6、.Anewtechniquetotakeintoaccounttheeffectoftransferfunctionzeros,whicharetraditionallyneglected,isproposed.Theeffectofnewcapacitorsizingrulestosplitthecompensationcapacitanceandincreasetheamplifier'sspeedhasalsobeenconsidered.Basedonthesenovelties,anewmethodologyforthedesignofhigh-spee
