2、aintainsatanyU.S.coveredfinancialinstitution)andmaintainthiscertificationonyourwebsiteorhavepostedyourCertificationwithBankersAlmanac,youneedonlyprovideuswiththelink.1.SectionBa.ThefirstboxallowsyoutofilloutonecertificationforallaccountsyourinstitutionmaintainsatanyU.S.coveredfinancialinstitut

3、ion.ORb.ThesecondboxrequiresthatyouidentifyaspecificU.S.coveredfinancialinstitutionandonlythatinstitutioncanrelyonthecertification.2.SectionC–PhysicalPresence–youmustincludethefullphysicaladdress(noP.O.Boxes),countryandBankingAuthorityforeachlocationyouwishtocoverwiththeCertification.Completin
