3、dqualityoftheparks.Suchaservicecanassistinexplainingtheservicesprovidedbytheparks,theeco-systemoftheareaandthemanagementregulationsfromtheparks.However,theinterpretationfunctionhaslimitsandbecomesanobstacleduetothelimitedinterpretationbudgetandpersonnel.ThisstudyusesT
4、aiwanNationalParksasacasestudytoanalyzethetravelers'characteristics,includingthedemographicstatistics,touristspecialization,touristinvolvementandlifestyle,aswellastheirsatisfactionontheguidedinterpretationtour.Travelersweregroupedintofiveclustersbytouristinvolvementto
5、betterunderstandthetravelers'characteristicsandtohelpbuildupthepersonalinterpretationmanagementsuggestionsforeachcluster.ThestudyresultscanhelpNationalParkstohaveabetterpictureofthetravelers'perceptioninrelationtothepersonalguidedinterpretationtoursprovidedbythePark.F
