3、owncomputationalcapacitythatisnoteffectivelyutilized,therebyprovidinganopportunityforsuchinstitutionstousesuchcapacitytoofferCloudservices(tobothinternalandexternalusers).However,theunreliabilityandunpredictabilityoftheseresourcesmeanthattheiruseinthecontexto
4、faServiceLevelAgreement(SLA)ishighrisk,leadingtoareductioninreputationaswellaseconomicpenaltiesincaseofSLAviolation.WeproposeamethodologythataddressestheissuesofunreliabilityandunpredictabilitysuchthatCloudsoftwareservicescouldbehosteduponvolunteeredresources
5、.Toenabletheharnessingoftheseresourceswerelyonautonomicfaultmanagementtechniquesthatallowsuchsystemstoindependentlyadapttheresourcestheyusebasedupontheirperceptionofindividualresourcereliability.Usingourapproachwewereabletoscaleoutthebackendinfrastructureofth
