3、designmethodforadc±RFconversionefficiency,anddc-biascurrentshiftduringharmonicloadedoscillatorandclearlyshowtheeffectsofstart-uptransition.Inthismethod,theperformanceoftheoscil-latorcanbeoptimizedbasedontheperformanceanalysisofthefundamentalloadandharmonicloadontheperformanceofactive

4、deviceundertheassumedoperationconditions.Theeffectsanoscillator.offundamentalandharmonicloadingonoutputpowerandThecontentsofthispaperareasfollows.InSectionII,efficiencyareinvestigatedbytheproposedapproach.Twokindswepresentasystematicnonlinearoscillatordesignapproachofstabilityconditi

5、onsareaddressedforanoscillatorinitiallywhichcanpreciselydealwithnonlinearphenomena,includ-biasedatalowgatevoltage.Usingtheproposedapproach,wedesignanoscillatorthathasahighefficiencyof61%at1.86GHzingoutputpower,efficiencyandharmoniceffects.Inthiswithaverylowbiasvoltageof2.0V.approach,t
