4、years,withattendancesoaringtoasteadycauseofdeathanddisability,andaresetto20000.Thecongressishometoallstake-remainassuch.Howeverthenatureoflungholdersinrespiratorymedicineincludingdiseaseissettochangefromasituationresearchers,clinicians,alliedprofessionalswherethehigh
5、estproportionofdeathsoccurandindusty.Morerecently,workingtogetherfromthosewithinfectiouslungdiseasestoawiththeEuropeanLungFoundation(ELF),situationwherepeoplearelivingwithlong-patientsandpolicymakershavestartedtotermconditions,suchasasthmaandchronicattendthecongressa
6、ndplayakeyroleinobstructivepulmonarydisease(COPD).Thisdiscussionsandactivities.EachyeartheERSbringswithitthechallengesofhowtocongressisbecomingmorediverseandmoremanageandcareforthesepeoplewhoarerelevanttoallkeyplayersinthefield,butlivingwiththeirconditionsforthenext2
7、0–clearlyithaslimitationsasinordertoattend30years.Toaddressthis,the"Healthythecongresspeoplehavetotravel,whichisLungsforLife"initiativewillbelaunchedinnotalwayspossible.Withthisinmind,in2014.Theconceptbehindthisinitiativeisto2014,wewanttomakesurethattheERSdevelopalon
