6、rytemperaturesaverage3to8°CwhileJulytemperaturesaveragearound27to30°C.Averageannualprecipitationis1200to1700mm.RiversandlakesHunanprovicehavealotofriversandlakes.TheXiangjiang,theZijiang,theYuanjiangandtheLishuiRiversconvergeontheYangtzeRiveratLakeDongting(Dong

7、tingHu,洞庭湖)inthenorthofHunan.Thewholebasinareais25squarekilometers,abasinofabout92%intheprovince.BiologicalresourcesTheBiologicalresourcesinhunanprovinceisveryrich.Thereareaworldofraresurvivingfiveplants"livingfossil"--YinSha,Metasequoiaglyptostroboides,Glyptos
