2、ngHuAbstractInthispaper,anovelintermittentreactive-power-isaconditioninwhichtheDGsystemandthelocalloadsarevariation(RPV)methodbasedonloadsresonancefrequencyde-isolatedfromthepublicutilitysystemandcontinuetooperatetectionisproposedtoreducetheinjectedreactivepower.TheRPVinde
3、pendently[2].UnintentionalislandingofDGscancausemethoddetectsthefrequencyofpointofcommoncoupling(PCC)safetyproblemstothegenerators,theconnectedloadsandstaff.andoutputstheminimumreactivevariation,whichperturbsthefrequencyofPCCtothefrequencythresholdsdecidedbytheutilityThecu
4、rrentindustrypracticeistodisconnectalltheDGsimme-standardswhentheislandingconditionhappens.Furthermore,thediatelyoncetheislandingoccurs[3].AccordingtoIEEEStd.islandingdetectingcontrolstrategyunderunbalancedloadscon-929and1547,areliableandeffectivedetectionmethodmustbeditio
5、nisdiscussed.ComparedwiththetraditionalbilateralRPVemployedinaDGsystem[4].method,theproposedmethodonlyoutputunilateralRPVineachAntiislandingmethodscanbeclassifiedintotwocategories:variationperiodandthevariationamplitudeofeachperiodislessthan5%oftheoutputactivepower(P),thust
6、heperturbationDGresidentmethodsandcommunication-basedmethods.Theofreactivepowercanbereducedsignificantly.Inaddition,experi-DGresidentmethodscanbefurtherclassifiedintoactiveandmentalresultsofathree-phase30-kWinverteraregiventoverifypassivemethods[5].Thetwokeycriteriatoevaluat
