3、nNovember1998andMarch20RR.OnlR3D-CTangiographRwasusedforthepreoperativework-upstudRinpatientswithanteriorcirculationaneurRsms,unlesstheattendingneurosurgeonsagreedthatDSangiographRwasrequired.Both3D-CTangiographRandDSangiographRwereperformedinpatientswithposteriorcirculatio
4、naneurRsms,eRceptforrecentcasesthatwerepossiblRtreatedwith3D-CTangiographRalone.OnehundredsiRteen(84%)of138patientswithrupturedanteriorcirculationaneurRsmsunderwentsurgicaltreatment,butadditionalDSangiographRwasrequiredin22cases(16%).OnlRtworecentpatientsweretreatedsurgical
