2、systemoperatingontheground,whichwasdevelopedbythePohangUniversityofScienceandTechnology,Korea.AutoSARcanalsooperateasaninterferometricSAR(InSAR)whenoneadditionalreceivingantennaisused.TheswathofAutoSARislessthan1km,andtheazimuthalcoverageislimitedonlybythestoragecapacityofthesystem.SAR

6、alrail.ArepresentativeinterferometricSAR(InSAR)wasthelinearSAR(LISA)oftheEuropeanCommission[2],[3].ThePohangUniversityofScienceandTechnology(POSTECH)hasdesignedanddevelopedaSARsystemmountedonanautomobile,namedtheAutoSAR[4].AutoSARisafullyfocusedsystem,andtheazimuthresolutionisindepende
7、ntofrange,whereasthatofaconventionalGB-SARsystemwasnot.AutoSARhasfreedusfromtheburdenofmaintainingorcharteringanexpensiveairplaneforpreliminaryandexperimentalSARstudies.AutoSARcanalsobeemployedasanInSARforthestudyofterrainelevationmapping.Asthemaximumrangeislessthan1km,twoseparateant
