2、ryoftheAsianregionwasinhabitedbymulticulturalpopulationsandoccurredcrossregionalextensivemigrationresultedculturalexchangebetweenthemulticulturalpopulations.AnthropologicalcomparativestudiesofthearchaeologicalpopulationsfromNortheastAsiathroughoftimef
3、romNeolithicuptomedievalperiodshowthattheprehistoricpopulationsfromregionweregreatheterogeneityofanthropologicaltraits.IntheNeolithicandEarlyBronzeage,XiongnuperiodtheterritoryofKazakhstan,Altaimountain,SouthSiberia,XinjiangandWesternMongoliawasinhabi
4、tedbypeoplewithCaucasoidorMongoloidandCaucasoidmixedanthropologicalfeatureswhiletheBaikalregion,EastMongoliaandInnerMongoliawereoccupiedbypopulationswithdevelopedMongoloidanthropologicaltraits.Obtainedresultsofanthropologicalcomparativeanalysisbetween
5、archaeologicalpopulationsfromtheNortheastAsiashowthatthefirstwaveofmongoloidsmigrationfromeasttowestandCaucasoidpopulationsfromwesttoeastofNortheastAsialikelytookplaceattheendofNeolithicperiod.Thepopulationsmigrationscontinuedduringthesubsequenthistor
