4、sembledinto60clus-tersand385singletons.Ofthem,445(44.7%)ESTswereannotatedtotheirhomologousgenes,andsmallfractionswerematchedtoknowngenesofnematodes.TheannotatedESTswereclassifiedinto25eukaryoticorthologousgroups(KOG).CytochromeCoxidase(34clones)wasfoundtobemostfrequentspecies.Keywords:Trichinell

6、encesthattoinfectmammals,birds,andreptiles.Thesenematodesalter-includehostspecificity,phenotypiccharacteristicsinducedinnateentericandskeletalmusclestagesduringtheirlifecycle.T.infectedhostcells,andinteractionswiththehostimmunesystem.spiralisisarelativelysmallnematode,adultfemalebeing1.4-4.0Addi
