4、Tafterredundancyelimination.Di—nucleotiderepeatmotifsappearedtobethemostabundanttypewithapercentageof69.90%.0fthe126primerpairsdesigned.90amplifiedtheexpectedproductsand43showedpolymorphismin30individualstested.Thenumberofallelesper1OCUSrangedfrom2to26withanaverageof7.0alleles.andtheobservedand
