3、ancermortality—withadecidingthetypeofsurgerytoundergo,survivalisnottheonly221lowersurvivalrateandmorelife-yearslostperpatientdeath—andimportantissuetoconsiderforYWBC.AlthoughBCThas22theybearadisproportionateburdenofthephysicalandpsycho-obviouspsychologicalbenefits,manyyo
4、ungpatientswishto3,4logicalmorbidityofthediagnosisanditstreatments.Higherminimizethepsychologicaltraumaandmorbidityoflocalcancerlocal,regional,anddistantrecurrenceratesobservedinyoungrecurrenceanditstreatment.Regardingthelatter,inadditionwomenwithbreastcancer(YWBC)areaf
5、unctionofthelatertothedesiretoavoidfurthertreatmentwithchemotherapy,manydiseasestageatpresentationasaresultoftheabsenceofpopulationYWBCdonotwanttoriskundergoingafuturemastectomythatscreeningforthisagegroup,diagnosticdelays,andmorerapidlyhasmorelimitedreconstructionoptio
6、nsasaresultoftheirpre-4proliferatingtumors,andofaworseprognosisforanygivenstageviousbreastradiation.TherisingproportionofYWBCwhoareatabecauseofmoreaggressivebiology.Comparedwithbreastcancerslowobjectiveriskforcontralateralbreastcanceryetoptforbilateralinolderwomen,these
7、tumorshaveagreaterfrequencyofadversemastectomyisfurtherevidencethatdecisionsbythisgroupaboutmorphologicandmolecularfeatures,suchashighgrade,lym-breastsurgery,inpart,aredrivenbypeaceofmindratherthan22phovascularinvasion,humanepidermalgrowthfactorreceptorsurvivalconsidera
