3、ionalintelligencewithentrepreneurshipisanalyzedbyinvolvingotherfactorslistedintheoreticalmodel,suchas:self-image,self-control,socialconsciousnessandadministrationofrelations.Afterthestudywascarriedout,itwasdetermined,thatpersonalcharacteristicsofanindi
4、vidualareveryimportanttodevelopmentofentrepreneurshipasaneedofanachievement,internalcontrol,tendencytorisk,self-reliance.Practicalusageofthesecharacteristicsisimportantaswell.Itwasrevealed,thatdevelopmentofentrepreneurshipisrelatedtoacapabilityofanindi
5、vidualtoanalyzehis/heremotionsandvalues.Arelationbetweenstudents’emotionsandvalues’analysis,aswellasemotionalcontrolskills,capabilitytoaffectfeelingsofotherpersonwereidentifiedinthisarticle.Keywords:emotionalintelligence,personaltraits,entrepreneurship
