4、0.5%,20.1%and26.8%respectively,whileconsumerelectronicsPCBandpackagesubstrateincreasedby15.8%and68%respectively.Single-sided/double-sidedPCBandmultilayerPCBdecreasedby37.3%and25.2%respectively,whilehigh-densityinterconnect(HDI)board,packagesubstrateandFPCincrea
5、sedby163.1%,68.1%and90.0%respectively.In2009,fromtheperspectiveoftheglobalPCBdistributionpattern,MainlandChina,JapanandTaiwanwerestillthemainproductionareas,SouthKoreacontinuedtoexpanditsPCBindustry,whileEuropeandtheUnitedStateswereinrecession.ComparedwithJapan
6、andSouthKoreawithadvantagesinhigh-endproductssuchasICsubstrateandFPCboard,andTaiwanwithadvantagesinmobilephonePCB,China,mainlyengagedinsingle-sidedPCBandmultilayerPCB,isinferiorintermsofthetechnicalcontentofthePCBindustry.In2009,China'sPCBindustryforthefirsttim
7、esawitsoutputvaluedeclineslightlyby3.6%toUS$16.35billion.Nevertheless,itsshareintheglobalPCBoutputvaluecontinuedtorise.AmongChina'stop100PCBenterprisesintermsofsalesrevenue,localonesperformedwell,forexample,thesalesrevenueofBominElectronicroseby150.7%over2008.S
