7、eswereincubatedwithhumanlivermicrosomesinthepresenceorabsenceoftheLAE,thealkaloidfraction(AF),theflavonoidfraction(FF),ortheindividualaporphinealkaloids,namely,nuciferine(NF),N-nornuciferine(N-NF),and2-hydroxy-1-metho-xyaporphine(HMA).Aftertheincubation,therelativemetabolite
