2、a.Tumorsofthenasopharynx,skullbase,andsphenoidsinusmayextendtotheCSascanperineuralandhematogenousmetastases.Inflammatory,infective,andgranulomatouslesionsshowlinearornodularenhancementofthemeningesoftheCSbutoftenhavenonspecificMRimagingfeatures.Inmanyoftheseca
3、ses,involvementelsewheresuggeststhediagnosis.MRimagingissensitivefordetectingvascularlesionssuchascarotidcavernousfistulas,aneurysms,andthromboses.hecavernoussinus(CS)containsvitalneurovascularorbitalfissureanteriorlytotheMeckelcaveandfartherposte-Tstructurest
4、hatmaybeaffectedbyvascular,neoplastic,in-riorlytotheduraandtheporesthatallownervestoenterit.Itsfective,andinfiltrativelesionsarisingintheCSproperorviatransversediameteris5–7mm,itsverticaldiameteris5–8extensionfromadjacentintra-andextracranialregions.Pa-mm,andi
