3、catesthatprojectisverycomplexandfullofchallenge.Manyunexpectedissueswillleadtheprojectcostover-runs.Therefore,manytechnologiesandmethodsaredevelopedforsuccessfulmonitoringandcontroltoleadtheprojecttosuccess.Inthisarticle,wewilldiscussintheconstructionphase,howcanaprojectmanagertobesucce
4、ssfulbudgetcontrol.2.THECONCEPTANDTHEPURPOSEOFPURPOSEOFPROJECTCONTROLANDMONITORErelandRaz(2000)statethattheprojectcontrolcycleconsistsofmeasuringthestatusoftheproject,comparingtotheplan,analysisofthedeviations,andimplementinganyappropriatecorrectiveactions.Whenaprojectreachtheconstructi
5、onphase,monitorandcontroliscriticaltodelivertheprojectsuccess.Projectmonitoringexiststoestablishtheneedtotakecorrectiveaction,whilstthereinstilltimetotakeaction.Throughmonitoringtheactivities,theprojectteamcananalyzethedeviationsanddecidewhattodoandactuallydoit.Thepurposeofmonitorandcon
6、trolistosupporttheimplementationofcorrectiveactions,ensureprojectsstayontargettogetprojectbackontargetonceinhasgoneofftarget.3.SETTINGUPANEFFICIENTCONTROLSYSTEMForthepurposeofachievingcosttarget,themanagerneedtosetupanefficientmanagementframeworkincluding:reportingstructure,assessingpro
