4、womicroarchitectures.Second,wedevelopsorinthesameareaasawideissuesuperscalarprocessor.Wefindfloor-plansandcarefullyallocateresourcestothetwomicroarchi-thatforapplicationswithlittleparallelismtheperformanceofthetecturessothattheyrequireanequalamountofdiearea.Third,wetwomicroarchit
5、ecturesiscomparable.Forapplicationswithlargeevaluatethesearchitectureswithavarietyofinteger,floatingpointamountsofparallelismatboththefineandcoarsegrainedlevels,andmultiprogrammingapplicationsrunninginarealisticoperatingthemultiprocessormicroarchitectureoutperformsthesuperscalars
