1、探析转变学校体育发展方式路径的合理构建摘要：随着教育改革与发展的深入进行，学校体育要面对挑战、抓住机遇，进行全方位改革，树立“健康第一”的指导思想，转变发展方式，推动学校体育工作的良性运行。研究认为：要素投入、健康水平、制度条件是学校体育发展的三大动力结构。目前，学校体育存在着要素投入不足，结构不合理；学生体质下降，健康水平担忧；制度不完善，条件保障力度不够的问题。目前也提出了加大推进特岗计划体育子项目及定向培养计划的实施力度，提高准入标准，对体育教师进行培训，全面提高其教学质量和综合素质；明确规范体育教育经费在学校经费中所占的比例；根据学生人数比例，配置学校场地器材，因地制宜
