6、signmentstobeprovidedtoLessee.LessorherebydeclaresunderpenaltyofperjurythattheBG/SBLCwillbebackedbyfundsthataregood,clean,clear,andfreeofnoncriminalorigin,theBG/SBLCwillbefreeandclearofallliens,encumbrancesandthirdpartyinterests.鉴于：出租人欲将有效BG/SBLC的所有权利和利益
