3、hsensitivity,selectivity,andspecificityinpresenceofamixtureofgases.Toovercomethis,vacuum-depositednanocrystallinepolyanilinethinfilmshavebeenfoundsuitablefordetectionofcarbonmonoxide.Thesensorsusingthesefilmsoperateatroomtemperature.Ahighsensitivity,selectivity,specificity,andafastresponse
