4、ns,systemparameters,operatingpolicy,andtransactions.Securitymarginstovoltagecollapseblackouts,oscillatoryinstability,generatorlimits,voltageconstraintsandlineoverloadsareconsidered.Theusefulnessofcomputingthesensitivitiesofthesemarginswithrespecttointerareatransfers,loadingparameters,generato

5、rdis-patch,transmissionlineparameters,andVARsupportisestablishedfornetworksaslargeas1500buses.Thesensitivityformulaspresentedapplytoarangeofpowersystemmodels.Conventionalsensitivityformulassuchaslinedistributionfactors,outagedistributionfactors,participationfactorsandpenaltyfactorsareshowntob
