1、无故不请假者按旷篇一：请销假制度请销假制度为了规范公司员工管理制度，严格员工的请假手续，根据公司的有关规定并结合具体情况，规定如下：一、本制度对运营公司全体员工均有效力，员工无特殊情况的不得随意请假。员工请假须事先及时请假，无特殊情况事后请假按旷工论处。二、请假手续及审批1.工作时间因私事需脱离工作岗位的，应按规定申请事假，填写事假书面申请，注明请假期限，经批准后方可离岗。其中1小时及以下的假期由所在部门的主管/经理批准（不需要写假条，口述即可），2小时及2小时以上需写假条，报予总经理/副总经理批准。没有按规定请假而未来
