2、avedielectricceramicswerepre-II.ExperimentalProceduresparedusingasolid-statereactionprocess,andtheirmicrowavedielectricpropertieswereevaluatedasfunctionsofsinteringCa(Zn1/3Nb2/3)O3powderswerepreparedusingasolid-stateandpostdensificationannealingconditions.Therelationshipreactionprocess
3、,wherereagent-gradeCaCO3(99%),ZnObetweenmicrowavedielectricpropertiesandprocessingwas(99.5%),andNb2O5(99.99%)powderswereadoptedastherawinterpretedthroughthevariationofmicrostructures.Thematerials.Theweighedrawmaterialswereball-milledwithdielectricconstantshowedslightvariationwithsinter
4、ingandzirconiamediaindistilledwaterfor24h,andthemixtureswereannealingconditions,buttheQfvalueincreasedatfirstandheatedat1000°,1150°,and1250°Cinairfor3haftertheyweredried.Thecalcinedpowderswith8wt%ofpoly(vinylalcohol)thendecreasedwithincreasedsinteringtemperature,and(PVA)werepressedint
5、odisksthatmeasured12mmindiameterannealinginoxygenindicatedsignificantimprovementinQf,and2–6mminheightandthensinteredat1100°–1350°Cinairforespeciallyforthespecimenssinteredathighertemperatures.3h.AftertheywerecooledfromthesinteringtemperaturetoThegoodmicrowavedielectricpropertieswereob
6、tainedinthe1000°Catarateof2°C/min,theceramicswerefurthercooledceramicssinteredat1225°Cinairfor3handannealedatwithinthefurnace.Someofthespecimensformicrowavecharac-1100°Cinoxygenfor8h:34.1,Qf15890GHz,foterizationwereannealedat1100°Cinoxygenfor8h.48ppm/C.Thebulkdensityofthespecime
7、nswithregularshapewerecalculatedusingdimensionsandweight.Afterthesinteredspeci-menswerecrushedandground,theircrystalphasesweredeter-I.IntroductionminedusingpowderX-raydiffractometry(XRD)withCuKradiation.TheXRDdataforRietveldanalysiswerecollectedoverCOMPLEXperovskiteoxides,suchasBa(Z
