1、InfluenceofHypothermiaonthePropertyofHemorheologyofRabbitsAbstract:Objective:TostudytheinfluenceofhypothermiaonthehemorheologyofrabbitsandtheeffectsofShenfuInjectiontothehyperviscosityinthemodelofhypothermiarabbits.Methods:40rabbitsweredividedrandomlyi
2、nto4groups—controlgroup,hypothermia(bodytemperature,Tb=25±1℃)groupandtwoShenfugroups.The3%pentobarbital-anesthetizedrabbitswereventilatedafterintubation.ThenShenFuInjectionand0.9%normalsalinewereinjectedintotreatedanimalsandcontrolrespectively.Allrabbi
3、tswereinjectedfentanylandarduanbeforehypothermia.Exceptforcontrolgroup,allrabbits’Tbwereloweredfrom37℃to25±1℃andmaintained3hoursbysurfacecooling.Theirmeanarterialpressure(MAP)andTbhadbeenmonitoredduringtheallexperiment.Bloodsamples(2.5ml)weretakenimmed
4、iatelybeforehypothermia,Tbloweringat25℃,startingwarmingandwarmingend.Allrheologicalassayswerecarriedoutimmediatelyatroomtemperature(22±1℃).Results:wehavedevelopedananimalmodelinwhichstablehypothermiacouldbeestablishedwithoutthecardiacbypass(CPB).Thismo
5、delthusofferstheinvestigationofvariousrheologicalassaysduringprolongedhypothermia.TheMAPofallrabbitsdecreasedsignificantlyafteranesthesia.TheMAPofthecontrolrabbits3treatedwithsalineintravenouslyincreasedgraduallywithtimewhilethatofthehypothermiaandther
6、abbitstreatedwithShenfudecreasedcontinuouslyintheprocessofhypothermia.TheMAPofthelastgroupanimalincreasedgraduallyafterwarming.TheMAPofthehypothermiarabbitsishigherthanthatofthetreatedwithShenfurabbitswhenTbhadreached25°C,startingwarmingandwarmingend(P
7、<0.05).TheMAPchangebetweentwogroupsofrabbitstreatedwithShenFudidnotmakeanysignificantdifference.Thehemorheologyparameterswithgreatchangehadn’tbeenobservedinthecontrolgroup.Inthehypothermiagroup,theviscosityofbloodincreasedprogressivelyto150%ofthatat36℃
8、whenbodytemperaturewasloweredto25℃.ButthatofShenFu-treatedrabbitswasloweredattheirTbhadreached25℃(P<0.05).Atwarmingend,theviscosityofbloodofallanimalsdecreasedtonormal.Theplasmaviscosityof4grouprabbits’hadn’tbeenobservedwithsignificantl
