3、nourdepartmentfromJan.2007toJan.2008werefollowedupandanalyzedretrospectivelyatsixmonthstoayearandahalfinthestudy.Theirclinicaldataandprenataldatawereintegrated.Theinfantsreceivedtheinfantdevelopmenttestof0-6year-oldchildrenIntelligenceDevelopmentalScalef

4、orneurologicaldevelopment.TheneurodevelopmentaloutcomewasevaluatedbasedonDevelopmentalquotient(DQ).DQ＞85wasdefinedasnormal,DQbetween70and85ascriticalandDQ＜70asabnormal.MeanwhiletheirDQandinfluencingfactorswereresearched.Social-domesticandclinicalfactorsr

5、elatedtoneurologicaldevelopmentwereanalyzedbyIndependent-samplesTTestorChi-squareTest.PotentialhighriskfactorswereanalyzedwithLogisticregression.andstepwiseregressionanalysis.ThedatawerearrangedandanalyzedwithSPSS11.5.ResultsThisstudyconsistedof140preter

7、udingbodymass,height,headcircumferencewererelatedtoDQ.Logisticregressionshowedbirthweight，theeconomicinputwhichparentsgavetotheirchildrenandeducationleveloffatherwererelatedtoDQscores.Perinatalasphyxia,headcircumference,thedegreeofimportanceattachedtochi

8、ldren,hypoxicischemicencephalopathy(HIE)andeducationleveloffatherwereriskfactorsforadverseneurodevelopmentaloutcome.ConclusionsPreterminfantsdischargedfromNICUareahighriskgroupofneurodevelopmentaldisablement,itiscloselyrel
