4、y(styrenesulfonate)(PEDOT/PSS)thatweresynthesizedusinganodicaluminumoxide(AAO)membranes.Thenanowireshaveastripedstructureofgold-PEDOT/PSS-goldandaretypically8mlong(1m-6m-1mforeachsection,respectively)and220nmindiameter.Dielec-trophoreticassemblywasusedt

5、opositionsinglenanowiresonpre-fabricatedgoldelectrodes.Apolymerconductivityof11.5±0.7S/cmandacontactresistanceof27.6±4kwereinferredfromresistancemeasurementsofnanowiresofvaryinglengthanddiameter.Whenusedasgassensors,thewiresshowedaresistancechangeof10.5%,9

6、%,and4%atthesaturationvaporpressureofacetone,methanolandethanol,respectively.Sensorresponseandrecoverywererapid(seconds)withexcellentreproducibilityintimeandacrossdevices.Stripedtemplate-grownnanowiresarethusintriguingcandidatesforuseinelectronicnosevaporse
