2、igengeneTherewereseveralpotentialadvantagesofusingthisexpressionsystemfortheproductionofvaccineandbiopharmaceuticalprotein.Theamountofrecombinantproductscouldbeproducedhighly,thepurificationrequirementwaseasy,andevencouldbeeliminated.Mostnotably,theproductioncostscouldbegreatlyreduced.Sotheseadva
3、ntagescaughtmanyscientists’eyes.Bynow,wehadstudiedverymuchabouttheexpressionofforeignpeptidesintobaccobyarecombinantTMV-basedvectorinthelaboratory.Theseforeignpeptidescamefromfoot-and-mouthdiseasevirusandsevereacuterespiratorysyndromecoronavirus.Recombinantvirusesthatwedescribedcouldinfectthetoba
